Wyoming establishes chancery court

At the end of this year’s legislative session, SF0104 officially established the chancery court of the state of Wyoming.

With chancery court voted into law, there will soon be a way for Wyoming business owners to have business-related cases heard and expediently resolved by judges with extensive corporate law backgrounds.
