As a result of the successful 1% Specific Purpose Excise Tax Elections in Albany and Platte Counties in August 2018, Hathaway & Kunz was asked to serve as bond counsel on the additional bond issues and lease financing transactions highlighted below.

Additionally, Hathaway & Kunz completed lease financing transactions for the following entities:
- Platte County, for improvements to the Platte County Courthouse and to renovate the 4-H building on the Platte County Fairgrounds;
- Town of Guernsey, for upgrades to the Town’s water system; and
- Town of Chugwater, for street reconstruction and repairs
