Hathaway & Kunz assists in bringing Ullrich Machinery Company to Cheyenne, WY

Earlier this year, New-Zealand-based Ullrich Machinery Company (UMC) worked with Hathaway & Kunz Partner Rick Thompson and Associate Jerry James to establish the company’s Wyoming corporate entities.

While visiting Wyoming, UMC CEO Mark Ullrich spent time exploring Cheyenne and the surrounding area with Rick and Jerry, as well as Cheyenne LEADS. In addition to sharing the numerous benefits of establishing UMC’s North American location in Cheyenne, Rick and Jerry facilitated meetings between CEO Ullrich and key local entities / individuals to help the company with the logistics of making the move here. 

As a result of the hard work of all parties involved, UMC chose Cheyenne’s North Range Business Park as the new home for their U.S. manufacturing facility. The company plans to begin initial construction of its facility in the fall of 2022, which is expected to include a 20,000 sq.ft. manufacturing building designed for future expansions.
