We’d like to congratulate the Albany County Hospital District on their addition of a medical office building to the Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, and their successful issuance of tax-exempt financing to fund the project. Thank you for allowing Hathaway and Kunz, LLP, to serve as bond counsel!
Originally constructed in 2017, the medical office building recently expanded this summer to include a third floor, housing 58 exam rooms and four procedure rooms.
We join the Albany County Hospital District and Ivinson Memorial Hospital team in their excitement to see positive infrastructure growth in a state to which we’re all incredibly dedicated!
