Brent Rhodes is an associate at Hathaway & Kunz where he assists in diverse areas of practice, including business, commercial and corporate law, civil litigation, natural resource law, and personal injury.
Brent is a Wyoming native with a diverse professional and academic background. He has a B.S. in wildlife biology from the University of Wyoming. During his undergraduate studies, he was an IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) Scholar who focused on conservation issues. After graduating in 2016, he worked as a biological consultant for businesses involved with various state and federal wildlife agencies.
Brent earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming with honors in 2020. While in law school, he was the Student Director for the University of Wyoming’s Civil Legal Services Clinic. Notably, he was lead counsel for a team of law students that won the Clinic’s first jury trial. Upon graduation, Brent clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Mark L. Carman at the United States District Court, District of Wyoming.
Outside of the office, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace. Brent is a skier, golfer, and avid sportsman.
