Telecommunications Law

H&K actively represents a number of the firm's clients before regulatory agencies of the State of Wyoming and United States. We are very familiar with telecommunications issues, having obtained certification for two small telecommunications firms from the Wyoming Public Service Commission (PSC) prior to telecommunications deregulation. The firm represents some of the leading independent telecommunications companies in the state.

H&K attorneys have developed personal and professional relationships with each or the commissioners currently serving, as well as with the PSC staff.
