Mediation and Arbitration

In the modern world of litigation, the courts are not always equipped to deliver prompt and cost-effective resolution of disputes. H&K attorneys believe that every matter we handle should be evaluated to determine whether any form of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, could be utilized to obtain successful results for our clients in a more time-efficient and economical manner.
