Since its inception nearly 30 years ago, H&K has developed a dynamic practice in the areas of government relations and lobbying, as one might expect from a firm founded by a former two-term Wyoming Governor and US Secretary of the Interior. H&K attorneys work closely with, and are regularly consulted by, Wyoming's congressional delegation, as well as the State's Governor, many members of its legislature, and government officials. H&K's long-standing work in the area of government relations and lobbying for its select clients has earned it a solid reputation, which in turn, often helps our clients gain access and a respectful ear from government decision makers. H&K serves as the retained advocate in Wyoming for Exxon Mobil Corporation, and has over the years lobbied for Wyoming's largest group of banks, as well as the state's judiciary, the Wyoming State Bar, and Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
