Senior litigator at Hathaway & Kunz, Mr. Rosenthal’s practice has primarily been focused on personal injury, commercial and construction law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, trials and appeals. For over 30 years, Mr. Rosenthal has dedicated a mixture of skill and common sense to forge meaningful solutions to the legal and practical problems faced by his clients.

The statewide practice of Hathaway & Kunz has afforded Mr. Rosenthal the opportunity to represent clients in every one of the State’s nine judicial districts, before each of its federal judges, as well as before the Wyoming Supreme Court and United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a certified mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Rosenthal also often provides his experience, certification and special training to parties choosing to engage in mediation and arbitration. He is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators—Wyoming’s only mediator to be bestowed that honor.
