Rick A. Thompson

Partner

Rick A. Thompson is the partner of the firm of Hathaway & Kunz, P.C. He joined the firm in 1983 and his practice emphasis includes work in the fields of public finance, banking and financial institutions, corporate law and real estate.

Mr. Thompson is listed as bond counsel in the Bond Buyers' Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers (The Red Book).  He is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Mr. Thompson also has substantial experience in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels. He is licensed to practice before all states and federal courts in the State of Wyoming, as well as the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
