A partner in the firm of Hathaway & Kunz, P.C., Mr. Rosenthal’s practice emphasis for over twenty-five years has been in the area of personal injury law, representing clients in litigation, trials and appeals. Mr. Rosenthal also often provides his experience and special training as a mediator and arbitrator to parties choosing to engage in alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Rosenthal is Past-President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and has served on its Board of Directors since 1987.
