Brent R. Kunz was a founder of the firm of Hathaway & Kunz, P.C., in 1975 when he returned from Washington, DC, where he had been Special Assistant for the Secretary of the Interior and Legislative Counsel for Senator Clifford P. Hansen. Mr. Kunz also served as Assistant Solicitor for the Department of Interior and Attorney Advisory for the Interior Board of Land Appeals.
